1. About these terms

These Terms of Service govern the use of the OMVELLI website and purchases made through it. The store is operated by BEYOND RIDGE COMMERCE LTD, trading as OMVELLI ("we"). By using the website or placing an order, you accept these terms.

2. Eligibility and acceptable use

To place an order, you must have legal capacity to enter into contracts. You agree not to use the website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes, or in a way that could harm its operation or other users.

3. Products and descriptions

We do our best to describe and display products accurately. Colours and dimensions may vary slightly depending on your screen or the production batch. Images are for illustration unless stated otherwise.

4. Orders and contract formation

When you complete checkout, you make us an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send you the order confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order in case of an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud or product unavailability; in that case we refund any amount paid in full.

5. Prices, discounts and payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed in the store. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before payment. Discount codes are subject to the conditions of each promotion and cannot be combined unless stated otherwise. You pay using the payment methods available at checkout.

6. Accuracy of order details

You are responsible for making sure your details, including your delivery address and email, are complete and correct.

7. Processing, cancellation and international delivery

You can cancel your order through your account within 60 minutes of purchase. After that, direct cancellation is no longer available, without affecting your statutory right to cancel. Orders may ship from a warehouse in Asia, with up to 7 business days of processing and up to 25 business days in transit, up to 32 business days in total. 8. Optional services and shipping protection

Paid extras, such as priority shipping or shipping protection, are added to your order only if you choose them expressly. Their price and conditions are always shown before payment.

9. Product use and safety

Use products according to the instructions and warnings provided with them. We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse or use contrary to the instructions.

10. Content and intellectual property

All text, images, logos and other content on the website belong to us or are used with permission, and may not be copied or reused without our prior written consent.

11. Complaints and payment disputes

If you have a complaint, please contact us first. We aim to acknowledge it within 2 business days and reply in substance within 10 business days. Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank or payment provider, so we can resolve it faster.

12. Liability

We do not exclude or limit our liability where the law does not allow it, including for death or injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for your statutory rights as a consumer. Within those limits, we are not liable for indirect losses or losses that were not reasonably foreseeable.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. This choice does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence. You may also bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.
